Procurement & Inventory Control

Mission

The Directorate of Procurement and Inventory Control is dedicated to ensure the efficient, transparent and accountable management of all procurements and inventory processes at GCUF. Guided by the principles and regulations of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), we strive to uphold the highest standards of integrity, fairness, and cost-effectiveness.

Our mission is to deliver value-driven procurement and inventory control system that support the university’s academic and administrative excellence. We are committed to adopting best practices and leveraging digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency, traceability and strategic decision-making. By fostering collaboration, continuous improvement and innovation, we aim to:
