The Department of Nutritional Sciences at Government College University Faisalabad organized an impactful International Seminar on Nutritional Strategies for Sustainable Health, bringing together renowned experts and scholars to explore the future of nutrition and its role in achieving sustainable health outcomes.

The event was honored by the presence of ๐•๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐Ÿ. ๐ƒ๐ซ. ๐‘๐š๐ฎ๐Ÿ-๐ข-๐€๐ณ๐š๐ฆ, Dean of Medical Sciences Prof. Dr. Abid Rasheed, and other distinguished guests. Keynote lectures were delivered by Mr. Imtiaz Hussain, Additional Director Operations Punjab Food Authority, Dr. Atta ur Rehman Chairman SIGNS and Dr. Munawar Abbas from University College Cork, Ireland.

At this occasion Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Rauf-i-Azam, in his remarks, emphasized the significance of evidence-based nutritional strategies in addressing global health challenges.
He further said that as a nation we work for sustainable development across all fields of life. Through collaborative research and education, we aim to build a healthier and more resilient society.

Dr. Nazir Ahmad, Chairperson of the Department of Nutritional Sciences and principal organizer, presented a comprehensive departmental progress report highlighting achievements and future directions.
