The Department of Mass Communication at Government College University Faisalabad organized an engaging and informative seminar aimed at developing practical skills in radio production among students. The session focused on providing hands-on understanding of voice modulation, content planning, and the evolving demands of broadcast media.

The seminar featured distinguished guest speakers from Radio Pakistan Lahore, including Dr. Ahmer Sohail Basra, Station Director and Regional Director Punjab Chapter, and Mr. Zubair Bashir, Senior Producer. The speakers shared valuable professional insights, real-world experiences, and conducted practical demonstrations that significantly enriched the students’ learning experience.

Addressing the participants, Dr. Basra emphasized the importance of adapting to the changing dynamics of broadcast media and maintaining high standards of professionalism in radio journalism. Mr. Bashir highlighted essential techniques in voice modulation, script writing, and content structuring, encouraging students to develop creativity alongside technical expertise.

At the conclusion of the seminar, certificates of participation were distributed among students who actively took part in the practical exercises.
