
The event was inaugurated by the Director of International Linkages, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Riaz who warmly welcomed our esteemed guest, Prof. Dr. Waseem Haider, Professor at Central Michigan University, USA. Dr. Haider delivered a captivating talk, sharing his deep expertise in cutting-edge scientific advancements and offering practical guidance on international scholarships and academic pathways. His engaging and forward-looking insights sparked inspiration among students, researchers, and faculty alike.
Dr. Tanvir Shahzad, Director ORIC, underscored the significance of such initiatives in bridging the gap between academia and industry. He appreciated Dr. Haider’s valuable insights and highlighted the potential of global partnerships in fostering innovation-led development.
In his closing address, Prof. Dr. Abdul Rauf Bhatti, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, emphasized the importance of integrating emerging technologies into academic curricula and praised the organizers for bringing such dialogues to GCUF.
