As per direction of the Competent Authority, the HEC Need Based Scholarship already Awardees (attached list) are hereby advised to provide the necessary undertaking(s)/deed of agreement on judicial paper of Rs. 50/- for their next installment.
The following attested documents should be attached with their undertaking form.
- Fee voucher of last 02 semesters.
- Copy of result of last semesters (Examination/HOD Portal result)
- Copies of CNIC & student card
- CNIC copy of Father/Guardian
- Bonafide certificate from department
- Scholarship feedback form
- Copy of Cheque Book (For Account Number)
Students are directed to submit their complete documents in their respective departments. Complete documents and Students’ Receiving Sheet should reach on or before 28th April, 2025 to the Students’ Financial Aid Office for payment process.
