It is inform to the following students of “Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship” that the Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC), Lahore has notified the award list. Please download your award letter from your Honhaar Scholarship Portal and submit the set of the following documents by December 24, 2024 at Students’ Financial Aid office main campus: Eligibility Criteria

1. The awardee must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.50 in the 1st semester and an overall CGPA of 3.00. In case the awardee does not maintain the required GPA/CGPA, then his/her scholarship will be canceled.
2. Females will not be accepted as witnesses.

Required Documents

1. Deed of Agreement on Judicial Stamp Paper signed by the awardee with the University (sample available on GCUF website) must be notarized by the notary public.
2. Surety Bond with the University by the awardee (sample available on GCUF website) must be notarized by the notary public.
3. Copy of Matric and Intermediate Certificate
4. Copies of CNICs of the student, witnesses, father, mother, and guardian   must   be attached.
5. Copy of Paid Fee Voucher
6. Student Feed Back Form with picture
7. Bank Account in any branch of NBP & BOP (only in university branches)
8. Award Letter (available on students’ portal)
